Trusted

At Attorney Ko, your documents are notarized the right way — by licensed lawyers duly commissioned as Notaries Public and officially authorized by the Philippine Government.
We uphold the law and your trust. Unlike unlicensed assistants or representatives, every notarial act we perform carries full legal validity and professional accountability.

Secure and Efficient

With Attorney Ko’s Online Notarization, you can complete your notarization through a secure web meeting via Google Meet, Zoom, Viber, or Skype.
No need for in-person visits or unnecessary exposure—simply attend online, and we’ll deliver your original notarized documents straight to your doorstep.

Fair Fees, Full Legitimacy

At Attorney Ko, we believe quality legal services shouldn’t come at an excessive cost.
Our notarial fees are fair, transparent, and among the most affordable in the industry.
For instance, while the notarization of a Real Estate Deed of Sale may cost 1.5%–2% of the property value elsewhere, with Attorney Ko, you can save up to 50%—without compromising legitimacy or service quality.
